I collected the dogs and then met up with L at the park gates. We walked and talked and eventually had a seat and a coffee. 

It was good to see the grass being cut, and there's a lot of it, by a guy on a large sit on mower. The areas where the daffodils were growing are left at present to let the leaves die back.

Poppy was with us but she was in disgrace having pinched L's biscuit ... L was too busy chatting that she let her hand drop and to Poppy that was just too tempting!
