Before

Over the last couple of years these three trees (2 cupressus and one apple) have died.  The apple tree was pruned a couple of years ago in the hope of saving it, but that was unsuccessful.  So tomorrow, the tree surgeons are coming in to remove them.

These trees were here - and mature - when we moved into the house nearly 34 years ago.  Their removal is sad, and will completely change the nature of the garden.  We will have to consider whether we try and plant something to replace them.
