Ship Watching

Actually it was more like ship waiting...

Today was a lazy day in the Sault.  We spent some time wandering around downtown.  Having checked the locks schedule, we knew that there was a boat scheduled to go through while we were close to the water.  I even checked the web cam and saw that the ship had arrived at the locks. What we didn't know was that it was a thousand footer and those guys take a while to go through! It was worth the wait though when we finally saw the Indiana Harbor go past our vantage spot at the marina dock.  It was hard to fit the ship into one shot.  I did stitch together a 4 shot panorama that turned out pretty well but this single of the passing freighter is the blip pick for today.
