What difference a day makes......

Spent this morning on a chat line with Vodafone about the upgraded phone that hasn’t arrived yet.
They were very patient and it appears the order was never processed!
Anyway, the whole thing was then managed by a very helpful young lady who sorted it out on-line there and then.
I just had to have the passwords on the account plus other security questions, then various others like an email address, plus a postal address.
Nothing to pay.
Being delivered free of charge on Tuesday with tracking information supplied.
I wish I’d done it that way in the first place with the benefit of hindsight!
Stephen very relieved! Although it will have been almost a week without his personal phone. His other one was supplied by his place of work.
After all that, I was in need of sustenance, so we had Pizza and Salad for lunch, followed by one of our walks. It turned out really warm and sunny this afternoon. There was a skylark singing its heart out, as we walked the meadow path. Stephen took a photo of me in the Cow Parsley! (Extras)
As we were on the last bit towards the home stretch we noticed the Farmhouse Bistro was selling takeaway food and drink!
Too good to miss having a coffee there once more after so long.
There were safety measures in place, with hand gel, and tables set at social distances.
It was such a treat!!
Made me quite emotional really, to begin to feel some normality was returning a little.
We sat there for ages enjoying the sunshine and the view, (pictured) and will be going back again at some point, hopefully with a couple of friends to have a sandwich takeaway lunch and a walk to follow.
The weather isn’t looking too bad for next week.
