Oak tree

Another large tree on our boundary, this is an oak. I am examining it carefully because there is incidence in the locality of oak processionary moth. It seems there is always some new bug attacking our trees.
Today is son J’s birthday. We had a good chat this morning and then they spent the day at Moors Valley in Dorset, a country park that is significant in our family. They sent us photos and it is looking so good we vowed it was time we paid a return visit. Watch this space!
