Brewing Essential

Well it is in our house.

The renal consultant has decided that i drink too much, tea and coffee that is. So i am supposed to be on a daily limit of, and get this just over 1 litre, and that also includes milk on my cornflakes and any soup i may have for lunch.The woman is mad. I can drink that in a morning never mind all day.

So i have to measure every cup of tea or coffee I drink.

I have to admit, I cheat, I don't count breakfast.
