Rainy Day

Sunday should be a good day to take time to photograph, however today is very grey and cloudy.

But I went out with my camera anyway, managing to set off just 10 minutes before some icy cold very fine rain started falling. Not only was the landscape now almost fully obscured with a fine mist, but it was hardly possible to keep the lens clear of rain.

I did manage this shot of a tree growing out from under an old farm building, converting it to monochrome and giving it an antique style gives some added interest (I hope !!)
