Chickpea and Chorizo Stew

Chickpea and chorizo stew with saffron, and kale with garlic and cobanero chili flakes. Wine: Rusack Chardonnay Santa Barbara County 2017.

This stew was outstanding. The kale was rather good considering it was kale. Rusack ways does lovely white wines (which I find to be unusual in Santa Barbara County).
