Pork Chop

Pork chop, air fried eggplant parmesan fries with marinara, and salad. The wine is the rest of last night’s Chardonnay.

Pork chops are in rather heavy rotation lately (I bought a couple whole loins when Costco had a good sale a while back), so I was tempted to post my afternoon snack today (popcorn with sal de gusano). The eggplant fries added some novelty, though.
