Our son and daughter- in - law celebrate their Silver Wedding Anniversary today.

This is my favourite photo of that very happy day.
We have it displayed on top of a card table which belonged to my grandfather, and great grandfather before him.
The silver photo frame is one which was given to my grandmother on her Silver Wedding Anniversary in 1925.

Those 25 years have flown. It certainly doesn’t seem long since we were celebrating our Silver Wedding, and had our Golden Anniversary only three years ago.

We called to see Sarah and the girls. Unfortunately Andrew was working.
Had a nice chat in the garden, which is looking lovely.
Took our gazebo for Hannah as it is her 21st a week on Saturday.
Plan is to put it up in the garden in case it rains .
We are going to have allotted times so that everyone doesn’t turn up together.
Such a shame as she was looking forward to a big party.
However I know she will still enjoy her special day.
