30 foot+ high wild rose

At the bottom of my neighbour’s garden is a magnificent 30ft+ high dog (wild) rose. It is a truly wonderful spectacle at the moment in full bloom being enjoyed visually by us humans and as a source of pollen and nectar by the bumble bees.
How high will it grow?
Is this a record height?
