Play offs

We finally got a footie fix of sorts as Exeter’s game was televised.  They are in the league 2 play offs and were playing Colchester in the first leg.  We don’t have good play off form, and sure enough we lost 1-0!

I always hope we either get automatic promotion or finish just high enough that we steer clear of the play off places, as losing in the play offs each year is just bad for your nerves!

It seemed to rain all day long and we had some very spectacular downpours at some points.  Maybe that will rejuvenate the poor worn down lawn a bit as I gave it a day off from trampling.
