Teaching old dogs new tricks

Emily and Storm have been supervising the tradesmen today.

Emily helped the electrician by thoroughly inspecting his ears with her tongue when he laid out on the floor to access an earth point.

As the utility room/my workspace had to be emptied for the wiring we made a spontaneous decision to lay some lino we'd seen in B&Q. Martin will build a custom shelving and hanging rail hopefully over the weekend.

Storm found the lino process fascinating. He watched every cut made and didn't leave Martin's side until it was done.

We checked in at the studio briefly to decide which wallpaper sample we liked. I'm pleased to say I don't have to do anymore coats of elmusion downstairs or up the stairwell on the wobbly ladder!
