We will meet again

Is what the card said (the designer's tribute to Dame Vera Lynn) and with it a real letter from a lovely friend containing 4 pages of beautifully hand-written news, and plans for a grand meeting up sometime in the future - soon I hope.  It cheered me up no end having been feeling as miserable as the weather for the past few days with a horrid cold and now a chest infection.  However, feeling slightly better today with not so much time spent on the sofa, I even took myself for a little walk, between the showers.
