Time

No time to blip yesterday. We had a very tedious journey with ‘Matilda’ down to Monmouthshire in diabolical weather with lots of traffic snarl ups, minor shunts and queues. However we arrived at our campsite and got pitched up in a short dry spell and after a quick cuppa we headed off to see Chris’s youngest daughter and #1 son who is visiting too in daughter’s new house. We got to meet the newest addition to the family, Phoenix, a very handsome 9month old Collie.
Today the weather has been kinder and we’ve all enjoyed a good walk in Rogiet Country Park and a BBQ this afternoon before the rain descended on us again.
This evening we’ve been to a live You-Me &OMD Concert. Mr HB’s #2 grandson is one of the sound and lighting guys and kindly gave us a ticket to watch the livestream gig. The concert was given by OMD as a tribute and fund raiser to all the crew who are mostly self-employed so have lost their income during the Covid pandemic.
