Early Bird

I have to go very early if I am going to see the deer now.  This place is saturated with humans beginning around 9 a.m. so the deer are very clever and know where to hide. I was lucky enough to see these two in a short amount of time.  The doe in the extra must have had a fawn close by as she seemed very worried about where I was and approached me stomping....not usual behaviour. Stomping yes, but approaching and stomping?  Nope. I must have been too close to a fawn for her comfort level.  I did get a quick peek at one little one in the grass before it ducked into some brush.  Love those spots :))
