This pretty Banded Damselfly landed on a reed in the river whilst I was enjoying my lemon and honey drink sitting on the river bank this morning.  Steven very kindly brought my supermarket shopping for me this morning and apart from that it was a bit of a 'nothing' day until I went to Steven's this afternoon and saw Charlie, we were both extremely happy to see each other.   I think he brought me all of his toys and his tail was wagging non stop, he's such a sweetheart and really lifts my spirits.
