Remote support...

Today I’ve been on both the giving and receiving end of remote support. I’ve been onto Apple support for 2 1/4 hours, and unfortunately my problem hasn’t been solved...

Then my friend in the US who was on the same online zoom hat course wanted a consultation on the orientation of her hat!  Tomorrow we hope to catch up on linings.
