Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all the fathers and father figures out there today.  I'm lucky enough to still have my Dad although I miss him greatly with him being halfway around the world.  Thank goodness for technology!

My brother finally hit a dry spot in his travels and so took the opportunity to take photos of the canvas cover I made in use and sent it to me.  I have put them in extras.  The canvas cover keeps the road dirt off his tarps and will keep them dry when it's raining so that when he takes them out to use, he's not taking out soggy, wet tarps.  Just something small that makes life that little bit more pleasant.

Today we will be having our personal Sunday worship service as we have been doing for several months now and then I will be spending some time out in the backyard keeping MiniMe company and getting caught up with all my reading.

My two rechargeable fans, make going outside in this summer heat, so much more bearable.  Yay again for technology.
