Ooops!

Mick established the plant nursery along the road from me. He’s retired now and his daughter and son-in-law run it, but he still lives in the house he and his wife raised their family in. He is the owner of Mae, the old car that’s being restored that I sometimes Blip and kindly housed Myfanwy during the horrendous rain we had earlier in the year.

This wall runs along the edge of the car park. A customer in their new car reached forward to get something out of their glove box, leant on the accelerator not realising they’d taken the brake off and shot through the wall! Now Mick has pretty much finished the hanging basket season ( not so retired really, he still puts in the hours at the nursery ) he’s got time to rebuild it.
