Invaded by crickets

The crickets have started singing, a sign of summer being truly here. Unfortunately they do tend to sneak into the house in the evening.
There were lots inside this evening as we had some friends round for dinner and we sat out on the balcony late into the night with the doors and windows wide open. Saffron had a tiring night chasing them.
