The irony of this picture I think is the tagging on the tagger !!(the spray can)
It was a 'DFO' day " Dull, flat and 'orrible" - as a result I went looking for some bright colour and found it in the central City.
The window of the building behind the cans (level 1) used to be my office for a good number of years when I worked for a Government Dept.. The area  is now in renewal following the 2011 earthquakes.  Not sure when full re-development will be - but meantime it shows a real splash of colour.
