Strawberry yoghurt ice

Selfmade low carb yoghurt ice cream with some real strawberries and raspberries and cream in the mix. When I took the picture early this morning it was frozen solid :-) We had the first tropical day of this year today, over 30 C. So the ice cream was a welcome treat, as was a bit of cold watermelon.

Speaking of challenges, like a lot of Blippers I was very shocked to hear of admirer's death. There's a special initiative as a tribute to admirer/Willemien.  Blipper 60plus has decided to “guest host” Silly Saturday in memory of Admirer on Saturday 27th June – tagged SilS195. She's thinking a “Silly” blip as normal, with whatever words you wish to add - quoting 60plus: 'in Admirer’s own words: "I am looking forward to finding all the silly, funny, absurd or comical images in the gallery". Don’t stress too much about the definition of “Silly” - we’ll all be able to find something that works! Let’s make it a bumper crop for Piet Hein, Mischa and Tyn – something to make us smile, and think of Admirer this Saturday as we will for many Saturdays to come...'
