This Is A Red One and No Driver

After two days of working with BT engineers, I am hopeful our Broadband connection is now stable. So far everything appears fine.

The third engineer is also working from home. He has called while I am enjoying some time in the garden quaffing a non-alcoholic long cool drink.

He is working from home in Dundee, and we have a good chat about life on both sides of the River Tay.

The rest of the day has been spent on catching up on all the various projects which have been interrupted.

Received a call from a Scottish Power engineer advising that they will changing the transformer which has been causing the disruptions in our supply over the past few months. 30 July is the date and the work will take most of the day.

At least we have sufficient time to plan ahead. Today’s Blipfoto is a detail of a Midland Railway Locomotive which I photographed in the NRM.

I  have just been invited to give a talk on Model Raikways to another virtual club, This image is "research" and I like it as an image.
