Even with an 18mm focal length I couldn't capture the drama enfolding in the sky above me, so I switched to a vertical format and made a two shot pano, which I stitched in LR.

Trying to balance the exposure across the image took nine radial filters, two brushes and a gradient.

I like the recession and sliver of light above the trees. The water looks silvery.
