Irridescent

We had another trip to Stowe Landscape Gardens this afternoon. The weather was a bit mixed and we arrived in rain. It looked like it would clear however so we ate a sandwich in the car and once it was little more than drizzle, headed out. 

We took some different paths to usual and amongst other things, saw a heron and a kingfisher (the latter only momentarily). The heron was camera shy so you get a damselfly instead. More photos here.
