I've wanted to bake bread properly for years, previous attempts have been with 'normal' yeast but now I have a sourdough starter it's all a bit different. Part one and two of the process is complete.

I'm not normally someone who checks the weather forecast but today I wanted to varnish and paint the wood for my trailer repairs so I was checking regularly. 

Thankfully nothing got wet and everything got a coat of what it needed.
