Nearly perfect ...

... as burgers go. 100% vegan. Beautifully constructed with lettuce from the garden. There’s an art to the assembly; it’s more like culinary curating than simple construction. Oh and you have to toast your buns. Makes a huge difference.

Burger - I mean bugger - of a day at work. Had to take a walk to the co-op to clear my head at the end of the afternoon. Bumped into four lots of people I know which was nice. Lockdown will soon be just a memory - unless you live in Leicester ...
