Patty’s plum

I didn’t know what the theme for this week’s tiny Tuesday was when I went into the garden but I think this oriental poppy, called Patty’s plum has a centre which looks like an eye. 
We had the window surveyor visit us today as we are going to change our bifold doors in the lounge to sliding doors which will only have one very narrow Vertical band down the middle of the window rather than the existing three very wide bands which block our view Of the garden. We will also have special glass which will reduce the heat coming through the window as it’s west facing. We thought it was going to be a “no” from the surveyor when we mentioned we had underfloor heating and also the k render was a cause for concern but in the end he was confident that we would be able to make the change providing his boss agreed after seeing the photos.
