A day at home - now that grandson has arrived, I feel I need to crack on and finish the sampler and have it framed and knitted projects for him in the post.

Grey first thing and it has given way to sunshine this afternoon.

Spoke to step-daughter this afternoon - they were home just over 24 hours after delivery by caesarian!  She seems very relaxed and the baby seems so too.  Such a different experience from her first son's delivery.
