Home on the range

Friends Bob and Sue came over this morning, Bob to have a look at the leak in the hot water supply and for the two Sues to have a natter. We joined later. Bob decided to leave the joint for a while rather than do anything now.

A bit of pottering then it was time for a fish finger sandwich for lunch - one of our favourites.

Most of the afternoon was taken up with a walk over the glorious Kent countryside to the east of Bearsted which is one of the few relatively quiet areas left.

It was then a bit of a rush for Susan to get up to her mum’s, cook her dinner and get back here for her own before my regular Wednesday ukulele jam. Mrs Robinson and Take it Easy were my songs. Meanwhile, Susan was practicing her guitar downstairs.
