Jelly belly

That's what I'll have at this rate. Wet weather again so took refuge in the kitchen. This is the black currant jelly from my picking on Wednesday. It had been dripping overnight so boiling it up and putting it into jars was quite straightforward including a small jar for Isobel as it is her favourite. Eilidh prefers strawberry. I was searching out jars when C remembered we had some marmalades where the texture wasn't quite right as I'd had to reboil it. A quick visit to my friend Google and we now have a rather tasty, if I do say so myself, marmalade cake!
Other than that I did little all day and enjoyed it!
