We should all extend our adventure threshold...

A long day at work extended further by evening meetings was immeasurably enhanced by dinner at a new fish place just around the corner, if you look closely you can just see the fish etched into the glass door! I'm not really sure what I ordered - there was much pointing & nodding and I am even less sure about what what was actually served but overall it was pretty yum... aside from what could have been raw octopus... very chewy, surprisingly tough and definitely an acquired taste.

All things considered however it was a MUCH better alternative to McD's or cheese on toast at home and all of it served with good, gently warmed, sake. I do love life in Japan :))
