Tourist Eagle

This buzzard was at the top of one of our neighbour's leylandii trees when we walked round the lake this morning. I've got plenty of shots of buzzards in flight in the past but not many of them perched. 

In the Highlands buzzards are known as 'tourist eagles' as visitors from the south looking for golden eagles often mistake these birds for them.
