What Timer?

Catching up with an episode of Comic Relief Bake Off while I ironed,
bake blind - does that mean I close my eyes?
chill for 30 mins - is that me or the pastry?
Not going much better here, don't think we'd get too far with Paul and Bezza with these cookies of all different shapes and sizes. Not to mention the fact that the small female assistant was so busy finishing the tube of smarties she'd forgotten to watch the timer and they nearly burnt. They're slightly more crunchy than expected.
