Movie Title, "Sunset"

Between the low clouds and high clouds there was a narrow peek of the sunset; I liked how the light seemed to streak down over the coast guard station. This was not taken from the boat on the water; it was taken from the Hwy101 scenic overlook across the bay.  The theme for wide wednesday is movie titles.......so I think the movie, "Sunset" works for this shot. I think a subtle sunset is appropriate for this movie.

Earlier in the day we took some friends, who drove over from Portland, out crabbing. Their 15 yr old grandson is visiting from Utah and they were delighted to get to take him out for his first crabbing experience. We all had a great time catching crab, cooking them and eating them together. The grandson had never eaten crab and he loved it!!!! It is so fun giving someone an experience they have never had before. Even better, it was our friend's birthday.....we didn't even know it before she got here. She said it was the best present .....seeing her grandchild so excited and happy today....15 year olds are often not the most cheerful lot.  :-))  

I think we may stay over here one or two more days, then I a will be ready to be back home.
