Kellie Castle Walled Garden

Last year this part of the walled garden was a beautifully manicured lawn with an aged apple tree, surrounded by a circular wooden seat, growing in the centre.

Quite different this year as the grass was allowed to grow and then a pathway was mown from the path round the tree. The picture doesn't really show the effect at its best. 

If you peer closely you can see that many apples are beginning grow.
