What a dear deer!

Richmond Park is a National Nature Reserve and deer park with over 600 Red and Fallow Deer roaming freely. We certainly didn’t see them all but there was one group of Fallow Deer lying on the grass just inside one of the main gates. They totally ignored the cars, cyclists and photographers.

We enjoyed a beautiful sail down to Richmond being totally gobsmacked at the fabulous houses with wonderful gardens leading down to the river.  Many rowing teams on the river ….. some future Boat Race hopefuls perhaps.

Sorry about lack of comments last night ….. I fell asleep!
