Being brave

The weather was forecasting rain so decided not to go out for a long walk. We drove out to another village and as it was quiet we thought we would be brave enough to go for a coffee. Lovely drive but damp and it felt like driving through the clouds on the way back. The coffee shop was well set up with lots of space, one way in and out and hand sanitizer at the door.
We had a walk up hill behind the village following footpath signs but ended up at a gate into a garden so turned back.
Hubby likes to watch a film Friday afternoon so I made bread and a pie for dinner
