An Obliging Host

This is Flower Friday and this sweet little yellow flower won out over others that I was sure of the names of because of the visitor .  I think the flower may be some type of Coreopsis or Thelesperma.  That's the problem with wildflowers.  In your garden you know what you have, but in the wild, you take your chances trying to ID them.  If you know, you can tell me....
