Several hours writing following a restless night left me short on positive energy today. But the five pulled together this eve and as a team we prepped Baja Mexican with added chicken, margaritas and a very smoky fire pit. The apple strudel is in the oven and the washing up can wait till morning. We haven’t done this for a while.
