Soup,

but maybe not as you know it. We seem to have run out of soup in the freezer, having eaten all the mushroom, the pea, the pea and ham and the courgette varieties, so I thought I'd better do some more.

onion
garlic
carrot (we've grown the heritage sort)
olive oil
chorizo
pearl barley
thyme
pepper
vegetable stock cube
and... oh dear.... mustard... which will possibly prove to be a mistake...

I've just noticed that it's almost a week since I last blipped, and I haven't done much commenting either :-(
