ZAD119 - Feedback

The last of the restructuring announcements today, and the most contentious. I'm not directly affected but one of my other roles is to represent staff views to the Senior Leaders. I think they handled the whole thing very well, and most people will come out of it no worse off. A number will however and they are understandably upset. I'll be picking up feedback throughout the week.

The parakeet feather is an usual find. Although we get lots in the area you rarely see feathers like this.
