A bee on a thistle

This thistle (at least that is what I think it is) blooms in rings. Some had only one ring, others two very close to each other. And others, like this one, had two separate rings.
The bee is extra. So many prickles and yet bees were visiting the plants. This bee was with white hair, not so common here.

PS: I stand corrected, this is NOT a thistle, but a teasel
