Is that a bird?

A worm's eye view.
So that is what a worm sees? Earth/dirt, grass plus roots and, oh, legs of a bird. Is this the last thing the worm saw?
Luckily for our worm it was an iron bird.
(And luckily for me the dog had already dug a hole wide and deep enough to fit my camera with wide-angle lens.)
