I decided to walk to the supermarket - mad dogs and Englishmen.. except it was about 930 and was way too hot! Took about 30 minutes, and walked some of the way back. This is part of a pretty garden outside another hotel on the way.
Two hour induction today - lots to learn about online teaching but am feeling well supported.
Many posting online about wanting to get out and arranging charter flights. Rumours of a three week lockdown starting on 25 July to cover Eid, and the resultant family gatherings.. so lockdown will finish two weeks after Eid.
