A semi leisurely day today.  Doctor’s appointment this morning - on the telephone.  It was booked on line using their ‘Ask My GP’ web app, and phoned back about an hour later - couldn’t be easier.  Thyroid now firing on all four, first time in about five years.  I feel so much better for it.
