Embodied Movement Summit 2020

Today was the kick off party for Evolve Move Play's Embodied Movement Summer.  5 days of guest speakers talking about all sorts of topics connected to embodied movement, play, connecting with nature, your body and your mind.  The summit is hosted by Rafe Kelley who's movement workshops we have attended before when he has been in the UK.  Other speakers include some people who's work I really admire: Sebastien Foucan (co-founder of Parkour and Freerunning), Ryan Hurst (Founder of GMB Fitness), Julie Angel (inspirational parkour athlete), Laurent Piemontesi (co-founder of L'art du deplacement which parkour grew from) amongst many others.

It's all on an american time zone so will get time to watch 3 sessions live each day then catch up on the others afterwards.
