Elie Harbour ......

..... and it was just so busy today. Every space in the car park and down the side of the road was taken and because the tide was in there wasn't too much sand available for the families who were looking for a spot to put up their windbreaks in preparation for a day on the beach.

It was very windy so the young canoeists were doing most of their paddling in the channels between the boats.

Great conditions for the pier jumpers who had to queue up to get on to the harbour wall and then after their mighty splash, because the end of the pier was cordoned off for repair, they had to swim back round to the pontoon instead of climbing up the ladder. I make an excellent spectator!
