Hello

The crocosmia has been overgrown by the cotinus bush this year but l loved the flower bursting through the deep purple leaves.. it looks better in real life. somehow the camera cannot cope with the zing that these two create together and has dulled them both down.  
A quiet day at home on my own with Flossie today ... some boat work was needing to be done so power tools and husband went off to help for the day.  No sun here but masses where he went so there is some sunburn on view.. lucky chap!!
